Pourfect ("we," "our," or "us") is developed by MimicLabs. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Pourfect mobile app.
Pourfect has no accounts and no sign-in. Your game progress never leaves your device. The only data collection in the app comes from advertising, which is served by Google AdMob with your consent where required.
Your experiment progress, earned drops, unlocked cosmetics, and settings are stored only on your device. We operate no servers and do not receive, transmit, or back up this data. Deleting the app deletes it.
Pourfect shows ads (interstitial ads between levels and optional rewarded ads) served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect device information, identifiers (including the advertising identifier, where permitted), approximate location, and ad-interaction data. This collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy; see also How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, ads are shown only in accordance with the consent choices you make in the consent form presented in the app. You can review or change these choices at any time via Settings → Privacy options inside the app.
On iOS, the app requests permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before any cross-app tracking identifier is used. If you decline, you still get the full game with non-personalized ads.
If you purchase the optional Remove Ads upgrade, payment is processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details; the app only records your entitlement on your device.
Pourfect is rated 13+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. The data Pourfect itself holds lives only on your device and is deleted by uninstalling the app. For data collected by Google for advertising, use the in-app consent controls described above or Google's own controls at adssettings.google.com, or contact us at the address below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
